Home Office or Work Station?

There are so many creative solutions to incorporate a work area in your home and below are some great examples. Of course, right now to get through the quarantine there’s always the island or kitchen table, although not the best option but sometimes there’s no other choice and you make do. I hope we all survive!

Stealing space beneath the staircase or a bedroom niche is such a clever idea and maximizes storage and functionality!

A nook can be converted into a work station – love that everything is behind closed doors and drawers!

Most bedrooms will accommodate at the minimum a desk and chair for your kiddos to do their homework, or for you to pay bills or respond to emails on your laptop.

Home Office Make-Over

If space is at a premium and you are unable to dedicate an entire room for your Home Office, you can still find space in an under-utilized room.

This project illustrates how a Guest Bedroom was converted into a multi-purpose room, providing a work area along with daybed to accommodate overnight guests.

We can help you create your home office, offering floor plans and 3-D renderings to help you visualize the space. We are now hosting virtual meetings in keeping with safe distancing!

Things to do during the Quarantine

The COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic has affected us all one way or another and forced us to adjust as this situation evolves. Have to work from home for the foreseeable future? Do you have the space needed to accommodate a desk and storage? With schools now closed through the duration of this school year, you may be home schooling and need to find space for the kiddos (sure many of you have a new appreciation for teachers). I'm sharing a few ideas on how to create a workspace in the event you don't have a Home Office and hope this inspires you.
Please stay safe and healthy!
